Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, it will take about 3 to 5 weeks for your order to be ready, after which it will be shipped to you. In the meantime we will keep you posted on the status of your garment and its shipment thereafter.

Shipping cost for the rest of the world: €50

The shipping costs and delivery time for orders are determined based on the destination and will be specified on your invoice. 

Please be aware that your country may impose additional import, customs, and sales taxes as per its regulations.

Once your package is shipped, PostNL will send you a track & trace code via email. Please note, once the package leaves our atelier and is entrusted to our courier, we cannot accept responsibility for any delays, damage, or loss that may occur.

If there is any damage or defect, please contact us immediately to discuss the return shipment and return your order within 7 days for a refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. 

For return shipments of online purchases, ANTS. will charge the original PayPal or credit card fee to recover the initially paid fee. In the event of a return due to ANTS.’ wrongdoing, we will cover the return cost, and no administrative cost will be charged.

Sizing – how does our sizing work?

We are great supporters of the one-size-fits-all system, hence where we see fit we will only offer one size (e.g. coats and jackets). For some garments however, we work with 2 sizes, e.g. pants, tees and sweatshirts. Size 1 is our smaller size, size 2 is our larger size. We have given an indication of the main measurements of our collection items on each of the product pages in the detail section. 

Sizing – need tailored adjustments?

Should you feel like one of these sizes does not work for you but you do want to purchase one of our garments, for example with adjusted length of the body, legs or sleeves, please write us an e-mail at [email protected] and we will let you know what we can do for you. Please bear in mind that if we are able to adjust measurements, this will come at an extra cost of which we will then inform you first. 

Crafting time

Please bear in mind that we work with a made-to-order system for all our collection items and we therefore do not have a product stock. All orders are crafted in The Netherlands and they are specially made for our customers.
Items from our Atelier collection, which can be ordered in our Boutique, have an average production time of 3-5 weeks, after which the item(s) will be shipped.
Items from our Sweatshop collection, which can be ordered in our Sweatshop, have an average production time of 2-3 weeks, after which the item(s) will be shipped.

To place an order, select the desired product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to provide necessary information for shipping and payment.

All prices are displayed in Euro € on our website. Payment options will be available during the checkout process. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any order, should there be inaccuracies in pricing, product or fabric availability. In such cases, we will notify you and offer appropriate solutions.

Taxes

For orders placed outside the European Union, please note that local taxes, customs, or import duties may apply upon the parcel’s arrival in the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to settle these charges upon receipt. We are unable to determine the exact amount for taxes and customs in advance, so we kindly ask you to verify the applicable fees before placing your order.
